Rates per Suite are in USD, based on either single or double occupancy and are subject to change at any time.

Included in the Suite Rate: All port fees; onboard suite gratuities; motorcoach transfers from Buenos Aires, Argentina Airport (EZE) to a 5-Star hotel in Buenos Aires on December 18, inclusive of one-night hotel accommodation; roundtrip air charter flights from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, Argentina (return) on December 19 & 29; food and beverage (read more The Seabourn All-Inclusive Difference) onboard Seabourn Venture for the entire voyage, December 19-29, 2024.

Not Included: Round-trip flights from home cities to Buenos Aires, Argentina; airport transfers and/or hotel accommodations for any arrivals prior to December 18, including meals pre voyage; airport transfers and/or hotel accommodations for any departures post December 29; kayaks and submersibles; premium alcohol; spa, salon, laundry and/or dry cleaning services; gift shop or personal expenditures; ship’s medical service; and any applicable sales tax.

Suite assignment and location will be confirmed upon receiving the deposit and on a first-come basis, subject to availability at the time of booking. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone’s requests.

Payment

To confirm your participation in the Space2Sea event aboard the Seabourn Venture*, the following payment terms and cancellation policy apply:

Deposit/Payment Terms

Payments are in USD only.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation for this exclusive voyage. Full Payment: The remaining balance of the total cost must be paid in full within 30 days of the initial deposit. Timely payment ensures your place on this extraordinary journey. Payment Schedule: Payment installment dates/plan is not offered for this exclusive Expedition. Seven (7) days and One (1) day before full payment is due, our esteemed Guest will receive an email reminder of Full Payment action.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation policy prior to booking. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

Cancellations made on or before May 31, 2024, will be issued a 75% refund less the 25% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made between June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024, will be issued a 50% refund less the 25% non-refundable deposit.
All cancellations made after September 1, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund due to our commitment to vendors and the challenges of filling spots on short notice.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event by S2S or Seabourn Cruise Line, a full refund will be issued to all attendees.

Event lineups and ports are subject to change. Unfortunately, we cannot extend refunds on cancellations requested due to lineup changes or port changes.

Additional Information

A full prepayment is required to confirm reservations booked on or after September 1, 2024. All reservations confirmed after September 1, 2024, are non-refundable.

Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 25% non-refundable deposit.

Payment Methods: We gladly accept bank wire transfers, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express as payment methods for your convenience. An added 3% fee is added to credit card payments. Your monthly credit card statement will reflect the description, ‘Future of Space LLC’ for your credit card payment charge.
