By confirming your participation in the Space2Sea Voyage to Antarctica, you acknowledge and accept that travel to remote regions, such as Antarctica, entails inherent risks and challenges, including but not limited to significant distances from medical facilities, limited or non-existent medical care, adverse weather conditions, and logistical delays.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the journey, including any potential injuries, illnesses, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. You further agree to release and hold harmless FUTURE of SPACE (FoS), its officers, agents, contractors, and employees, from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to medical emergencies, delays, cancellations, weather-related disruptions, or any other incidents occurring during or related to the journey, regardless of cause.

You also confirm your understanding that securing comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended to mitigate potential risks and ensure proper coverage in the event of any emergencies or disruptions.

Acknowledgment of Risks and Liability Release

For your upcoming journey with Space2Sea aboard the Seabourn Venture, we strongly recommend purchasing travel, medical, and/or trip cancellation insurance. For example, some of the most popular travel insurance providers are Allianz, GeoBlue, and Travel Guard. Attendees’ credit cards may also provide certain coverage. While we are committed to providing an unforgettable and seamless experience, it’s important to be prepared for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your Voyage.

By registering for the Space2Sea Voyage, you acknowledge that FUTURE of SPACE and Space2Sea will be filming and photographing the event. You consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant FUTURE of SPACE and Space2Sea the unrestricted, perpetual right to use your likeness, image, or photo (collectively, “image”) in any media for broadcast, exhibition, or any legitimate use without limitation, reservation or compensation. You hereby waive, release, and forever discharge FUTURE of SPACE and Space2Sea from any and all claims or actions arising from the use of your image. FUTURE of SPACE and Space2Sea are not obligated to use your image and may elect not to do so.

We kindly ask that you respect all of our Voyagers and help maintain a positive and engaging experience by refraining from requesting autographs or selfies with our Featured Guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
